Do you have more information about the product?

We try to include all necessary information in our product listings, however if there is something you are unsure about simply send us a message and we will get back to you

Can I collect my order?

Yes, simply click the option to collect from the Distribution Centre to collect your order for free

How do I find the Distribution Centre to collect my order?

Simply put the postcode SK5 7SE into your satnav. We are the first unit on the left of the estate.

When can I collect my order?

You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for collection. The Distribution Centre is open Monday-Friday from 8am until 4pm

Can I collect my order from my local St Ann's Hospice shop?

This is not currently one of our main options, however we should be able to arrange this for you in most cases, but you would need to allow up to 7 days for us to get your items to the shop. Contact us before placing your order and we will see what we can do for you

Can I help with the Online Shop?

Yes, of course! We are always looking for volunteers, both in the Online Dept. and our Shops.

I'm looking for furniture. Can you help?

Unfortunately, as we are based at the Distribution Centre, we can't tell you what we have in our furniture stores. Give them a call and our friendly shop managers can answer all of your furniture queries.

Looking for information regarding Hospice based services?

If you are looking for information regarding services provided at the Hospice, give them a call at either Hospice Reception and the friendly team there will answer your enquiries or pass you on to the relevant department.

Do you sell donated items online?

Can I make a donation?

Yes, certainly. We are always extremely grateful for donations made to St Ann's Hospice.

If you wish to make a monetary donation, click here or alternatively add a donation at the Checkout when placing your order.
