Line 1 will appear as entered, please avoid using fixed upper case as this may make the personalisation hard to read. The personalisation on lines 2-4 will appear in fixed uppercase.
The material of these pots is concrete, they are a hand finished product therefore small imperfections may occur.
These pots are not water tight, therefore if using real flowers a potted plant is recommended.

After your order is placed, we will send you an email requesting your personalised details. Emails will only be sent during office hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm), if you do not receive an email, please send an email to online@sah.org.uk stating your order number.
All personalised items are made to order, please allow up to 10 working days for despatch. Items will then be sent to you directly from the supplier using Royal Mail Tracked. Postage costs will be applied at checkout
